I graduated from Clarke University with a B.A. in education and a special education endorsement.  I have been teaching for 36 years at St. Anthony School. I’ve taught first, second, and fourth grade. I’ve seen teaching come full circle. I’ve learned that there will be many new buzz words and new teaching techniques endorsed in the field of education, but I also know that nothing replaces good, sound, basic teaching. I’m glad I’m deeply rooted in education. I love teaching. I’ve been so fortunate to work with wonderful colleagues, parents, and students over the years. I look forward to the exciting challenges ahead.
